We do not collect financial account information, social insurance numbers, or any government-issued identification through this website.
4. How We Collect Your Information
Personal information is collected through the following points on this website:
- The Neighbourhood Quiz — hosted via Tally.so. When you complete the quiz and submit your email address, your responses and email are sent to Sean Mayers directly. Tally.so is a third-party service provider — see Section 8 for details.
- The Contact Form — any name, email, phone number, or message you submit through the website contact form
- Direct email or phone — if you contact Sean directly at the email or phone number listed on this website
5. Why We Collect Your Information and How We Use It
Your personal information is collected for the following purposes, all of which are directly related to your request:
- To deliver your Neighbourhood Quiz result — Sean personally reviews your quiz answers and emails you a neighbourhood match. This is the primary purpose for which your email address is collected through the quiz.
- To respond to your contact form inquiry — to follow up on any real estate question, booking request, or general inquiry you submit
- To provide real estate services — if our contact develops into a working relationship as buyer client, seller client, or customer, your information will be used in accordance with REBBA and RECO’s guidelines
- To send relevant follow-up communications — with your consent, Sean may follow up with information about Toronto real estate market conditions, neighbourhood insights, or his content series (The Hood Report). You can withdraw consent at any time.
We do not use your personal information for any purpose beyond what is described above without obtaining your explicit consent first.
6. Express and Implied Consent
By submitting the Neighbourhood Quiz or contact form, you are providing express consent to be contacted by Sean Mayers Real Estate for the stated purpose of receiving your quiz result or a response to your inquiry.
You are not automatically subscribed to a mailing list or marketing sequence. Any ongoing email communication from Sean beyond your initial result or inquiry response is voluntary and based on the communication you initiate or agree to.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@seanmayers.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe” or “Remove my information.” Requests will be honoured within 10 business days.
7. Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
Sean Mayers Real Estate complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send you commercial electronic messages (CEMs) — including follow-up emails about real estate services — where we have your express or implied consent to do so.
- Express consent is obtained when you submit the quiz or contact form and indicate you wish to be contacted
- Implied consent may exist if you have an existing business relationship with Sean Mayers Real Estate (for example, as a past client) or if you have publicly disclosed your contact information in connection with a business or professional role
Every commercial email we send will include a clear and functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests will be processed within 10 business days.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
This website uses the following third-party tools that may process your personal information on our behalf:
- Tally.so — the platform hosting the Neighbourhood Quiz. Tally collects your quiz responses and email address and transmits them to Sean Mayers. Tally’s own privacy policy applies to their handling of your data: tally.so/privacy
- Google Analytics (if active) — may collect anonymised website traffic data such as pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We do not share your information with other real estate agents, brokerages, or lead aggregators.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not disclose your personal information to any party outside of Sean Mayers Real Estate except in the following circumstances:
- With Century 21 Regal Realty Inc., Brokerage — as required under REBBA and RECO’s guidelines, Sean Mayers operates under the supervision of Century 21 Regal Realty Inc. Client information may be accessible to the brokerage as required by law or professional obligation.
- As required by law — if compelled to disclose personal information by a court order, law enforcement, or regulatory authority
- With your explicit consent — in any other circumstance, only with your prior knowledge and agreement

- Quiz submissions are received through Tally.so, which uses industry-standard encryption
