I can’t recommend Sean enough. Buying a house is already stressful enough, especially in this market, but Sean made the entire process feel manageable from start to finish. He is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to questions and book showings. We never felt like we were missing opportunities because he was always on top of things and ready to move fast when needed. What impressed us most was how strategic he was during offers. We ended up in a 16 person bidding war and Sean helped us win without making us feel like we were overpaying just for the sake of winning. He was thoughtful, calm, and clearly knew how to position us competitively while still protecting our interests. We also had to navigate a complicated situation with issues on the seller side and a deal that fell through. Through all of it, Sean was a huge advocate for us. He made sure we understood everything, helped us protect ourselves and our money, and gave us honest advice every step of the way. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting us the right outcome, not just closing a deal. And somehow, despite us being VERY picky and having a long list of things we wanted, Sean still found us an incredible house that checked all the boxes.
